Product boundary
StuckShift is an action-support tool that helps you find one realistic next move when a situation feels unclear or overwhelming.
StuckShift is not therapy, diagnosis, medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, crisis support, or an emergency service.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for deciding whether any action is safe, appropriate, legal, and realistic for your situation.
StuckShift does not guarantee a specific outcome, result, improvement, or decision.
Trial, subscriptions, and cancellation
StuckShift may offer a 3-day free trial before a paid subscription.
Pricing, renewal, and cancellation are handled through the App Store or Google Play checkout shown at purchase time. You can cancel through your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings.
Acceptable use
Do not use StuckShift to create, request, or distribute illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or rights-violating content.
Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or misuse the service.
Accounts and termination
You may request account deletion through the app or by contacting support@stuckshift.app.
We may suspend or terminate access if the service is misused, abused, or used in a way that creates risk for other users or the product.
Limitation of liability
StuckShift is provided as an action-support product. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the product.
