StuckShift
Privacy Policy
How StuckShift handles early access data, app content, analytics, and account deletion requests.
What we collect
For early access, we collect your email address, optional platform interest, optional general stuck-area note, source, and signup time.
When the app is available, StuckShift may process account information, stuck text, reflection content, AI-generated actions, check-in results, subscription status, device or push tokens, and product analytics events.
Why we collect it
We use early access data to contact interested testers and understand broad product demand.
App data is used to provide the StuckShift product, preserve your account, support subscriptions, operate notifications, improve reliability, and respond to support or deletion requests.
AI and analytics
StuckShift may use AI systems to help turn stuck text and reflections into realistic next actions.
Website analytics track low-risk events such as page views, CTA clicks, early access submissions, and download interest. Website analytics do not include private stuck text, reflection content, AI responses, private notes, or full free-text form content.
Payments and subscriptions
StuckShift may offer a 3-day free trial before a paid subscription. Pricing, renewal, cancellation, and payment details are handled by the App Store or Google Play checkout shown at purchase time.
We do not receive your full payment card number from Apple or Google.
Retention and deletion
Early access signup data is kept until beta or launch communications are no longer needed, or until you ask us to delete it.
Anonymous website analytics events may be kept for up to 24 months for product improvement.
App account and content data is kept while your account is active and deleted after an account deletion request, unless limited records must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or payment reasons. We aim to process account deletion requests within 30 days.
